Sahaj Sinfield RN, RMT DNM
Sahaj Sinfield began her professional career
in health and wellness as a Registered Nurse in 1974, graduating from the Wellesley School of Nursing (now Ryerson), in Toronto, Ontario.
Her career in nursing included experience working in neurosurgery, medical-surgical, rheumatology, industrial and psychiatric nursing.
She completed certification in Post-Graduate Psychiatry from Durham College, Oshawa, Ontario in 1983.
A personal journey in in 1981, with Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh or OSHO, developed her interest and an ongoing practice of meditation.
This journey inward opened and broadened her connection with holistic practice working with intent.
Being congruent personally and professionally was a catalyst for Sahaj to transition from nursing to massage therapy.
Graduating as a Registered Massage Therapist from the College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Sutton, Ontario, in 1993, she has since achieved certification in Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder method), Somato-Emotional Release, Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming, Time-Line Therapy, Live Blood Cell Analysis and more.
In 2004, Sahaj became a Doctor of Natural Medicine recognized through the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, Toronto, Ontario.
As co-owner of Let Go Wellness Centre, (created in 1993, Kingston, Ontario), Sahaj, with her partner Lizettte Lacoursiere, D.N.M., D.A.C., continues to provide opportunities for clients, co-workers, team members and themselves, to grow, be healthy and be the best that they can be.
Sahaj continues to be available as a practitioner utilizing her gift of touch with a deep understanding of the mind/body/spirit connection to help those she works with, to live the life they love longer.
